When Will the Package Arrive?



For your convenience and security, our shipping department will contact you via e-mail or phone to coordinate shipment and ensure proper delivery of your item. You will also be provided a FedEx or UPS tracking number at that time. We currently accept printed checks but will be accepting electronic checks in the very near future. When paying by check, please note that the check must be in US dollars and drawn on a US bank. We will only process your order after the check has cleared in our bank account (3-7 business days) depending upon the location of your bank. Walsons & Co is not responsible for items lost due to shipping errors, so be sure to use a reputable carrier.
